This Refund Policy applies to all course purchases made on https://furkan.sonmez.me(the "Site"), operated by Furkan Sönmez ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase by emailing us at support@furkan.sonmez.me with your order details. No reason or justification is required.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued through the original payment method via our payment processor (Paddle) and typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days after we process the request, depending on your card issuer or bank. We do not charge any restocking fees, cancellation fees, or partial refund deductions. Once a refund is issued, your access to the corresponding course content will be revoked.

Requests outside the 30-day window

Refund requests made more than thirty (30) days after purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

How to request a refund

Email support@furkan.sonmez.me from the address associated with your account and include the order number from your purchase confirmation email. We'll confirm the refund and revoke course access within two (2) business days.
